Scope

This policy describes how CIMUSOFT handles information when you visit cimusoft.com and use Sudoku-Layer or other pages on the site.

Information stored in your browser

Sudoku-Layer does not require an account. The site uses browser storage to remember language, colors and selected preferences. Game state is stored temporarily per browser tab so that you can return without losing progress.

This data remains on your device. You can remove it through your browser data or storage controls. Closing the tab removes the temporary game state.

Hosting and technical logs

The hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, date, requested page, browser type, and security or error logs. These records are used to operate, protect and diagnose the site.

Advertising

CIMUSOFT includes Google AdSense code to connect the site with this advertising service. Loading this code connects your browser to Google and transmits technical data such as your IP address and request information. The HINT video currently operates as a demonstration and does not request a live rewarded advertisement.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize ads. Users will be able to manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.

Before enabling ads, CIMUSOFT will configure a consent management platform for regions where it is required. That tool will allow visitors to accept, reject or change applicable cookie and advertising choices.

Sharing, retention and security

CIMUSOFT does not sell personal information supplied by players. Technical information may be processed by providers needed to host, protect or, when enabled, monetize the site. Reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

Children

The site does not intentionally request names, addresses, contact details or accounts from child players. If CIMUSOFT learns that personal information from a child was received, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
